By creating an account and using GraftOS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. GraftOS is operated by Flux Systems.
GraftOS is a SaaS field service management platform for UK trade businesses. It provides tools for managing jobs, quotes, invoices, and customers. The service is provided "as is" and is currently in beta — features may change.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or use it for unlawful purposes. You must provide accurate information when registering.
GraftOS is currently free during the beta period. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans with reasonable notice. Existing beta users will receive advance notice of any pricing changes.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into GraftOS. You grant Flux Systems a limited licence to store and process this data solely to provide the service. We do not claim any ownership over your business data.
You may not use GraftOS to store or transmit illegal content, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated where possible. During beta, we do not offer SLA guarantees.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flux Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of GraftOS. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
